Nollaig Shona, Feliz Natal, Joyeux Noël,
Feliz Navidad, Buon Natale, Wesołych Świąt,
Щасливого Різдва, Happy Christmas especially to our parishioners and to all who join us for Christmas Mass 2025

Dear brothers and sisters in Christ,
As we celebrate the birth of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ, we are invited to reflect on the love and hope that His coming brings into our world. I pray that the joy of Christ’s birth this Christmas will fill your hearts and homes with peace, warmth, and happiness.
As we gather in prayer and thanksgiving around the Altar and at the Crib, may we feel the presence of the One who first came among us to lift us up and to strengthen us in faith, hope and love.
Christmas is also a time to say thank you. I wish to express my sincere gratitude to our staff, volunteers, and to all who so generously give of their time and talents in the service of our parish. It is particularly noteworthy this year as we celebrated the 400 anniversary of the birth of Saint Oliver, Without your dedication and support, our mission would not be possible. Our churches, grounds, and cemeteries are holy places of prayer because of your generosity. Thank you.
Mass on Christmas morning is offered for the intentions of our benefactors, praying that God may grant you health of mind and body.
I wish you and your loved ones a very happy and holy Christmas,
and every blessing for the year ahead.
Fr Mark
